Actress Kitty Zhang, aka Zhang Yuqi (张雨绮) has confirmed to media that she was not given a 6 million yuan (US$897,000) breakup fee to leave rich kid Wang Xiaofei (汪小菲) — who is now nestling in the arms of Barbie Hsu (徐熙媛, aka Big S).

“I didn’t reply at the time because the rumor is ridiculous,” she said.
She added the relationship between Xiaofei and Barbie should be respected.

“I will cherish the old relationship and look forward to the next. But it’s no hurry. I’m enjoying my life right now,” she said.
